Remke Cord Grips
By Administrator Account @ 10:28 AM :: 400 Views :: Wire Management Products, Interconnects and Cordsets, Cord Grips, Wire Mesh Strain Relief, Multi-Hole Cord Grip Bushings, Metal Clad Cable Connectors
|
|
Remke offers the widest capability of cord grips in the industry. With body materials including aluminum, nickel-plated aluminum, stainless steel in 304 or 316, plated steel, nylon, valox, plated brass and polymide and bushing materials including neoprene, viton and silicon, Remke can manufacture cord grips that fit your requirement.
Remke can also help reduce material use and costs by offering multiple-holed bushings. These bushings provide the ability of having 2 or more cable openings in each bushing, thus allowing you to provide less holes and use less cord grip bodies. Remke has a standard offering in the new 60 Catalog Page 24.
Locknuts and viton O-Rings are available on any of Remke's cord grips.

Power Connector Interlock Devices
By Administrator Account @ 8:48 AM :: 351 Views :: Safety Products, Power Distribution Products, Wire Management Products, Disconnects, Interlocks, Connectors, Circular IEC 309-1/2 Pin and Sleeve Connectors
|
Worldwide Interchangeability
Walther's mechanical interlock receptacles are built to IEC 309-1 and 309-2 specifications and are completely compatible with not only Walther IEC 309-2 plugs, but with any manufacturer's plugs that conform to the IEC standards and coding system...anywhere in the world.
Safety
Designed to combine a disconnect switch and a receptacle into one compact device. Walther's mechanical interlock receptacles eliminate the possibility of making or breaking the circuit under load or making a haphazard connection. A mechanism within the enclosure prevents the switch from being turned to the "ON" position until the plug is fully engaged into the receptacle. Once inserted, the plug is locked in place when the switch is turned on and can't be removed until the switch is turned to the "OFF" position. This prevents making or breaking the circuit under load.
The integration of the switch and the receptacle in a single, compact enclosure encourages the safe operating practice of disconnecting at the switch rather than the plug and receptacle.
The nonmetallic enclosure, while abuse and corrosion resistant, is also non conductive, which enhances the safety of the product. The device can be connected to metallic conduit without interfering with the ground continuity. All mechanical interlock receptacles provide lockout protection for greater safety and complies with OSHA Lockout/Tagout requirements.
